The Milenia myilab-research App can only be used in conjunction with the Milenia myilab-research and for the evaluation of Milenia Biotec’s own (medical) tests. The respective user is responsible for the protection of the data entered by the user (healthcare professional) and generated and stored by Milenia myilab-research. The manufacturer (Milenia Biotec GmbH) has no access to this data.

Data entered by the user (healthcare professional) and generated by Milenia myilab-research is stored in the Milenia myilab-research database. The user can add or generate new data and delete existing data but cannot change it. The data can be viewed by the user on the device (Milenia myilab-research) or exported as a CSV by e-mail. The user can protect Milenia myilab-research and the data it contains from unauthorized access by entering a password.

The respective user undertakes to observe and comply with all relevant data protection requirements in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the Federal Data Protection Act (“BDSG”).

The respective user using the Milenia myilab-research and/or the Milenia myilab-research App is responsible for regulating the processing of personal data with the data subjects and, if necessary, for obtaining the consent of the data subjects to the processing of personal data and for taking all appropriate measures to protect the personal data and to regulate the rights of the data subjects and to inform them of their rights. The respective user shall indemnify and hold Milenia Biotec GmbH harmless from any claims and/or liability arising from or in connection with a breach of the relevant data protection requirements under the GDPR and the BDSG.
